Spice Preview nights are a great way to make your start with SPICE and the easiest way of meeting a few new people.

Sandra or your Regional Coordinator will be there to welcome you. It’s all very informal with a talk through the basics of Spice and how it all works, a short DVD and then a chance for you to have any queries answered.

It’s a very casual evening and everyone is welcome; those who are thinking of joining and those who have just joined, but want to find out a little more. If you feel a little uneasy turning up on your own then please feel free to bring along a friend.

Some volunteers may also be on hand to offer advice on events and activities.

There's no need to book this - just turn up in good time!
