“This was a particularly nice walk, in a very picturesque area. We even saw a peregrine falcon. It was well worth getting up early on a Sunday morning for! It was good to know that should you have misjudged the time needed for the long drive, or got lost for example that you could contact the leader or that instructions had been left for you to help you catch up with the others. It's a long way to drive if you miss everyone!”

“I would have loved Sir Richard to show us around his home too. I know he does tours of the house. It would be great to do the tour of the village and grounds in the morning, have lunch and then a tour of the house in the afternoon. I was left wanting more!!! In reality it's a very enjoyable walk with lots of opportunities to talk to new people and take in the views (which are very good regardless of how close to an industrial city we were).”

evocative of a bygone era, everyone should visit at least once in a lifetime.
The mosaics and painted plaster work make them a visual feast and that's in
addition to the deep feeling of relaxation and wellbeing engendered by a

think I've talked to so many fellow Spicers at an

“This workshop was
excellent. Cliff was so pleasant amusing and bluntly honest, while never being
insulting. Trinny and Susannah could learn a lot from
him. I have already put a jacket on the rail, because I could hear him saying
“not for you love” in head. The idea of having the little note book is really
good, I wish I had made more notes, it is impossible to remember all the advice
he gave.”

passing the time; fondues, like mezes and other say..typically Greek nights allow plenty of time for
conversation and social activities and could easily be paired with other
activities. I would look forward to the next chance to attend a fondue like
this one and consider that linking events such as quiz night, games nights etc
with fondues and/or buffets might run quite well.”
